We sent our programme researcher Leeanne O' Donnell out to visit a newly built house with snag list expert Rory O' Connor.
Rory spotted a few snags that could cause real problems for the new owners- watch out for badly finished work, gas boilers installed without sufficient ventilation and electrical work done with second hand materials.
